Goals

The world changed when I got cancer. I had to change with it. The positive thing is that I found my faith again. After lying, waiting for death, I was healed. And I’m waiting for recovery instead. I looked at a list of goals that I wrote back in September.

They were:

Live to see my boys graduate college.

Put out my albums.

Gain weight.

Say goodbye to those I love.

Not lose my faith.

I did lose my faith briefly but now it’s stronger than ever. I did say goodbye to my loved ones, but I also said goodbye to fear of death and dying. I put out my albums. My new goals have become:

Cancer-free in 2018.

Life.

Purpose.

Helping others.

It’s the journey, folks. I’m learning, I’m alive, and I’m loving. Life is good.

Bless you all.

Brian
